Dudhadhari Math and Temple are one of the most acclaimed temples of Raipur and it is dedicated to Lord Rama. The beautiful scenes of the Ramayana on the walls are attracted to see the devotees. Dudhadhari Temple is situated near the old pond in the monastery of Raipur in the state of Chhattisgarh. Balbhadra Das Mahant Hanuman, the founder of 1000 years old Dudhadhari Math, was the devotee of the capital. He considered a piece of stone as Hanuman ji and started worshiping with devotion. He used to wash his stone with his cow's milk and then consumed that milk, in this way, he sacrificed grain and consumed milk for life. In this way balabhadra das mahant milk became dietary. One day Balabhadra Das Mahant ji became a distraction. In the temple complex, there is Samadhi of Mahant Balabhadra Das. Later this monastery was known as Dudhadhari Math. This is the oldest temple in Raipur.
