Banjari Mata Temple

The temple of Devi Banjari Mata is one of the famous temple which is located in the Rababhash area of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Devi Banjari Mata Temple has its own unique historical past. According to mythology, one day, the statue of a carving of Devi Banjari Mata was seen on a rock located in this temple. The devotees initially started worshiping the statue on the rock and later a temple was built around it. Currently, thousands of devotees go to this temple every year for pilgrimage.
